COERCION, FEAR-MONGERING, & UPSELLINGWould NOT recommend this place. I have been here three times now, and I can say I will NOT be coming back. COERCION: From the front desk to the hygienists and doctors, all of them tried to coerce me into things I had not requested. One example: I sat down and without asking they immediately covered me with a lead blanket to take x-rays. I asked them if it was required or if we could skip them, and the hygienist spent a few minutes trying to bully me into accepting the x-rays. Eventually, she settled with "we're required to take x-rays every two years, so you will HAVE to have x-rays at your next visit. Otherwise, we won't be able to have you as a client anymore." FEAR-MONGERING: During the cleaning, there was a point where they recommended an additional service that would not be covered by my insurance plan. When I said I would pass this time or look into scheduling at some later date, they proceeded to lecture on how I will likely lose all my teeth and that mouth bacteria has been found in heart tissue (causing heart disease) and can even cause diabetes (I wish I was making this up). While I'm sure that may be true in some fashion, the fact that they tried to use this as a tool to have me accept this additional service seemed outlandish to me! Imagine if they had said this to your mother or grandparent? Further, I was also told that if I did not schedule this service, they would terminate me as a client and I would no longer be able to have my teeth cleaned there. UPSELLING: From procedures and services I didn't ask for (or arguably need) to teeth whitening and Invisalign products, they were constantly trying to sell me something more. Now, while I understand this is a for-profit business, I found this frustrating to deal with constantly having to tell them "No thank you" multiple times for the same products.Like I said, I will not be back, nor will I recommend this place to others, nor would I trust them with my vulnerable family members. This is my personal opinion based on my experiences.

Fantastic place with experienced team of staff.Dr. Rahmani is great, very experience's and give you a true list of treatment you need. Very satisfied with my feelings and root canal treatment.Team is great, very happy with cleaning there. That was first time my gum was examined at the cleaning appointment and look at all structural issues of my gum and teeth.And about the rest of the team:I have an infant, less than a month old that I ended up taking her to my appointment. All staff took care of her one by one to make sure I can get my treatment done in 2 hours visit. That was beyond my imagination; very nice, and friendly team. Good Job Dr. Rahmani! Worth driving from folsom!

Let be honest.. the dentist is the dentist.. but here everyone is so friendly. They know you’re name when you are checking in, they offer all to make it pleasing whether a tv to watch an extra blanket and they really stay involved with and what you need now and going forward. They make sure you’re ok. They do a great job caring for you and of course it one and done there dentistry is great.

Before my visit they reminded me to take my premeds, and ordered them for me at a local drugstore. Good Covid protocols: I filled out questionnaire about possible exposure the day before my appt., and reminded me to wear a mask, and had me text that I when I arrived that I was in the parking lot, and they texted back soon afterwards that it was OK to come to the office. The actual appt. was done efficiently: x-rays, cleaning, pocket measurements and exam by Dentist. No problems detected, and I was done in less than an hour, with no waiting.

I've visited numerous dental offices throughout my life due to various dental issues. Just five months ago, I chipped a tooth and sought treatment elsewhere, but was left disappointed with the results. Additionally, it had been years since I'd had a proper cleaning, and my recent attempt at another clinic left much to be desired, with multiple spots remaining on my teeth. That was until I discovered Dr. Rahmani at Lincoln Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.Honestly, Dr. Rahmani is unparalleled - the finest dentist I've had the privilege of visiting. She possesses immense patience, pays meticulous attention to details, and genuinely cares about her patients. Despite the complexities presented by my small jaw, she flawlessly fixed my chipped tooth and crafted crowns for two others. Her excellence doesn't stand alone; the entire team at Lincoln Smiles is outstanding. A special shoutout to Melanie (I believe that was her name) who did a phenomenal job with my cleaning.If it were possible to give 10 stars, I would. Their exceptional service is worth noting, especially since I travel all the way from Sacramento to Lincoln just to be treated by them. It speaks volumes about their expertise and the trust I place in them. I intend to avail more of their services in the future and won't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I don’t like going to the dentist due to anxiety, but the staff here are all amazing. They are all friendly and attentive to your needs/concerns. They also offer 3 different options for anxiety when doing treatments, and they also offer you a blanket or neck pillow when you’re getting treatment done. Highly recommend this place!

This place is great! Very professional and seems very up to date with newest technology. Most attentive dentist I’ve ever been to. Very concerned with my comfort, gave me a blanket! First time that has happened. You can even watch Netflix if you want during treatment. I had a crown replaced. See how that goes, but so far best dentist I’ve been to so far, Love it

The dentists are very sweet, but everytime I go they seem to find a new problem that they probably could have told me about the last time. I think they need to be able to catch things earlier on AND tell you about how to stop it, instead of telling you AFTER you have a full on problem, that you/they need to do x and y thing.

I went in for a root canal. When I got there the DA, Destiny was very friendly and explained things very well. This is my second visit and I am very pleased with my service. I love that they have a past dental experience survey with anything bad to note & they take that past into consideration with each procedure. You really feel heard. Unlike other dentist experiences I've had... Your not just an open mouth in a chair that's just there for them to work on & out the door. They care & they explain everything throughout about how well my appointment is going or the slightest complications. Dr. Rahmani makes me feel so comfortable and that's a relief. wish I chose them from the beginning but glad I chose them this time. I appreciate the kindness & customer service from this office. This is without a doubt, the nicest dentist office I have been too. Everyone is so kind, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me.I hadn’t been to the dentist in 4ish years and I had to get 5-6 different fillings (I know, I know), but they never made me feel bad or embarrassed; they just told me what needed to be done and helped me figure out a plan that worked with my schedule and finances. If you can fall asleep while the staff is working on your teeth you know they are second to none and awesome! Super friendly staff that makes the dentist experience enjoyable. They are super clean, efficient, and they have a TV in the room for the young or young at heart to watch while in the chair. I haven’t been to the dentist in years so I had a lot of anxiety going in to my first appointment. That anxiety quickly went away because each and every one of the staff that I came across were all so welcoming, courteous and professional. Erica was very patient and gentle with me, she made me feel at ease. She is a wonderful hygienist. Ashley was so kind and helpful, she made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Rahmani was very honest and thorough and explained everything in detail to help me understand. I greatly appreciated that. I know I am in good hands with Lincoln Smiles!
